A Cottage to Remember Policies

• Minimum two night stay required during peak fall foliage season.
• Check-in: 4:00 pm (Late check in upon request)
• Check-out: By 11:00 am
• Smoking not permitted in cottages, but outside is fine.We appreciate your cooperation!
• Fees for extra cleaning or repairs and revenue losses due to smoking in the cottages will be charged to your credit card.
• Sorry, we cannot accept pets. We can recommend boarding nearby.
• Our cottages are not set up to accommodate more than 2 persons.
• Arrangements possible to accomodate children in the cottages, please contact us to discuss.
• No food service is provided. Dining is closeby at a variety of restaurants.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• We accept VISA and MasterCard.
• All Rates are subject to 9% tax.
• A deposit equal to one night stay is required when reservations are made.
• Deposit will be held on a valid MasterCard or Visa.
• Full payment due upon arrival.
• A $25.00 service charge will be applied to all cancellations received less than 5 days prior to arrival and full amount charged within 5 days of arrival. 
• No shows will be charged full amount.
